At The Skin Story, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and labels are attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
